I’m Gerald Hardeman, a seasoned real estate professional with over two decades of experience in mortgage banking, home construction, and residential sales. From 1986 to 2004, I owned and operated First Mortgage Bank, with offices in Atlanta, Houston, and Sugar Land. This role provided me with a deep understanding of the financing process and the intricacies of closing transactions efficiently. Beyond mortgage banking, I have overseen the construction of more than 1,000 single-family homes, managing every aspect from land development to final walkthroughs. This hands-on experience allows me to identify value-adding features, anticipate potential issues, and guide sellers in preparing their homes for the market. As a licensed real estate agent and experienced home flipper, I bring a strategic, results-driven approach to selling. I understand every phase of the real estate lifecycle and leverage this knowledge to help my clients sell faster, smarter, and for top dollar.
